I'm trying to bust out this new mix over the weekend. I've got a lot of other things to do. I wanted to make a surf mix but I realized I'm not versed enough with the genre so this one turned into kind of a "what I'm listening to now mix". Those are some of my favorite though, so it's cool.

There are quite a few jams on here that I'm in love with now. I found out about Henry Wolfe (son of Meryl Streep) from my neighbor and can't get enough of that song. Agesandages is a newish band here in Portland that's making some noise. I recommend hunting down their record, "Alright You Restless". I happened upon the lone hip hop song via some blog and love the "90's" feel to it. It's got a nice jazzy beat with poignant lyrics. Those are some of the songs that stand out to me. Give it a listen, I'm sure you'll find your own favorites.
